Terms of Service

Payment• Payment via PayPall || Poland: BLIK or bank transfer.
• 50% after sketch stage, the other 50% after the finished commission.I can publish the progress and final artwork on my social media, adding a watermark to prevent design theft. However, if you don't consent to my work being published in my portfolio or on social media, please let me know at the outset.
I have the right to refuse an assignment if I consider the subject matter inappropriate for me or if I am unable to meet the deadline due to lack of time.

Work stages
First, I'll ask for any references that will help me visualize the project. So, if you have any graphics, sketches, or a written description, all of this will be very helpful in creating sketches.
After receiving the materials, I'll begin the simple sketches. If I have any additional questions, I'll be sure to contact you to clarify my knowledge. I'll send the completed sketches for consultation; at this stage, the concept can be completely revised until it reaches the desired form. Once the sketch is ready and approved, I'll request a 50% down payment. Once I receive this, I'll begin further work.
The next step will be applying color and shading the work. As soon as I complete this stage, I'll send the work for review. Minor color corrections are possible at this stage, but no major changes to the overall concept are allowed, as this will be difficult to implement and will most likely require going back to the previous stage, which could result in longer project time.
Once the current stage of work is approved, the final step will be the final render. At this point, I won't make any further major adjustments.
Usage of the finished product
Produced artworks are for Personal Use only.
I hold the rights to the artwork.
Sharing my artwork on social media is only allowed if my nickname and/or link to my Instagram is also mentioned.
I don’t agree with using my work to feed AI generators.
I reserve the right to update my Terms of Servise (ToS).
